Chicken with Roasted Garlic and Mushrooms
serves 4

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken with salt and pepper, coat with flour, then sauté in oil. Remove and set aside.
  2. Heat 1/2 T olive oil to the pan, then cook the onions until tender. Add the mushrooms and continue cooking until tender. Add the chicken and roasted garlic puree.
  3. Plate and garnish with the scallions.
